Fried ChickenThis is unbelievably easy. Take chicken, let it get to room temperature, dry it, coat in flour, put in hot oil, turn the heat down, fry for six or so minutes each side until golden and crispy.

This was pretty much the conclusion from the Guardian article.

Next day, reheated in the oven for 20 or so minutes, actually made it better.
